Class Structure
What does this mean?
It means that our learning revolves around the student/learner. Because our class sizes are small (8-12 students), we can facilitate open questioning
of terms & topics, peer teaching, and a bully-free zone amongst others.
Learning is centered around topics, not according to level per say. This is facilitated through oral, written, and audio-visual means and focus on
nurturing students’ critical thinking and oracy skills. The pace of this
learning is partly dictated by the collective class group.
Communication & E-Learning
Classes are live via Zoom and are scheduled on Mondays to Fridays.
Each learner and their parent, has access to our online Smart School
Learning Management System where all learning materials and
notifications are uploaded after each session.
Each session includes at least 15 minutes of oral revision.
Students are tested throughout the term in the form of short random tests
as well as an end of term test.
