As a teacher, I always encourage my students to share their points of view in class because everyone’s interpretation may differ. These are the times when I, as an educator, can learn from my students. They push me to seek for new views in my delivery methods, as my goal is to simplify complex subjects. What makes me feel accomplished are the “light-bulb” moments.

As a passionate, motivated educator with 20 years of experience, I have coached students in a variety of subjects at all levels: primary, secondary, and postsecondary. I’ve chosen a laid-back method in which mathematical concepts are introduced step by step, ensuring quality and content.

I have a BSc. Agriculture and an MSc. Hospitality Management from the University of the West Indies and Florida International University, respectively. Baking, sight-seeing, and spending time with my family are some of my favourite pastimes.
